Hardware items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective or damaged.

Digital products or licenses are non-returnable once delivered or activated.
2. Return Process

Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped to our office.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault from our side.
