Yes, returns for eligible hardware products are accepted within 7 days. Digital products are non-returnable.

Yes, cancellations for physical items are allowed before dispatch. For services, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of project initiation.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
